Refund Policy

We want you to love your KIROPATTY press. If something's not right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Your KIROPATTY press must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@kiropatty.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you a return shipping address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's done.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your KIROPATTY arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
